Hi All

Today has been a fun day shopping and buying stuff again! =) Bought new shoes and jeans from Baleno =) In church office, it has been relaxing =) Did craftwork and look for games, laminating the teachers' day gifts..

Tmr will be wrapping of the teacher's day shirts =) So nicee shirt! =)

Hmm, I miss ISF soo much and can't wait for their hols to come to go out with them! But..dere's one condition that is stopping me frm gg back in oct..the blue coloured shirt cca...if any of u can guess..ya,its embrassing and I don't like the feeling of pple gossipping abt me or my stepping down. I have my reasons. Yup..read the old entries. Not tt I want it..Feel so Sorry for Hanis..heard tt she's stressed up =(

Anyway, thats all I'm gg to say...*sadness* byez...

Hi All once again! =)

Glad that i have pple tagging my blog more often nw =) Haha,interesting to hear diff. comments and views =) Anyway, gg to swimming at my fren's condo later and shed more kilos =) Haha, just weighed myself again this morning and discovered that I LOST 1 MORE KG! Which means 2 kgs in 2 weeks! =))

For my appt with my Professor,he said that I will need to continue on medication for a period of time =( Don't like taking medication,but well..i'll treat them like vitamin pills =) Hehe..

Ydt at church office was very slack cuz I arrived at 130pm and I was assigned to do photocopying for Rusyinni (4sets of each) and folding and laminating the teachers' day gift to be given out this sunday for all jck teachers =) Keep the gift a secret for now! *chuckle* =)

Slept very early lasy nite after spending QT with God. God is just soo good! GBU !!! =)

Latest Update

Juz lost 1 kg this week! Yup, due to my secret recipe again! =) Anywayz, today was fun..aft the youth mtg, went over to my sis church and enjoyed myself loads! Getting to noe more pple..jumping ard and eating polar cakes! =) (oops,and i was on a diet!) Nice =)

Anywayz,my teacher..Ms Lee, visited me this evening @ 8pm. She was soo concerned for me. Gave her teacher's day gift and for the rest of the teachers too =) Bought them red pens. Practical for teachers! =)

Diet
Hmm, ate loads of fruits, veggies and salads today..appetitite shrinking too! PTL! Thank God really...

Studies
Still praying thru things..don't noe if i shld cont' in oct or defer my studies and joina new batch of students in nxt yr apr and graduate with a cert in 2008.

Others
Hmm, feeling abit tired now..think I'm gonna slp..got appt tmr with Professor Chong @ 9am.

Hi Guys!

Went to church office today as usual on weekdays to help out with whatever that is needed to be done for eg, fold the bulletin,scanning pictures,cutting materials,doing up ppt slides etc. Very fun but now currently having a flu and cough so didn't go to church office today =( Been sleeping the whole day and just woke up at 11am for lunch. The medicine made me drowsy but thank God i'm recovering! By His stripes, I am healed~! =)

Today, though I didn't go to church office, I opened my email and shocked to see that I have new tasks assigned for me and I am currently doing the memory verse handouts and all the printings nw at hm =) At least, it has been keeping me occupied.

Went to my mum's fren condo to look at my sister's 21st bday function room. Quite nice and spacious but its located at choa chu kang =( hehe..nvm, as long as my sis enjoys herself to the fullest! =) Love my sis loads! =) Look @ the neoprints above!

hi guys! =)

Hows ur week so far? Good? haha...feel great after swimming 12 laps at my fren's condo...ate sushi buffet after tt and broke for dinner..well,too full anywayz! =P

Hmm..later gonna meet up with hui leng @ 7pm to discuss the songs for this saturday's jckids..well,just chilling out and relaxing and praying thru things. =)

Just in case some of u didn't noe, been having rhema dreams lately abt my classmates. Just dreamt of them last nite again. The usual bunch of crazy pple..trishma and etc..haha,this is the third dream so far! Is it from God? Lets wait and see..got planning and reading up to do before heading back to school..cannot laze ard too much =P haha..

Today, i'm so proud of myself cuz i did control my diet and ate 3 meals a day (soupy stuff only), no snacks and exercised! =) Feel lighter and more satisfying nw. =)

Still undecided abt one matter though..that is my studies..shld i stay on or wait ? Hmm..still praying thru things, writing out the pros and cons of it. Loads of my frens want me back and i relli appreciate it but we haf to look at two phases too rite? If u understand what I mean. No bias here..just don't want a relapse of things.

Well, we'll see how in due time. I still have time. =)

Heyo!

Today was sooo exciting to see all my frenz once again in church after haven't been there for a while..Yups..its good to be back =)

I've got a new resolution that is to start losing wt till i am thin =) No more snacks and only 3 meals a day. No sugar drinks and exercise loads! =) Gonna work towards tt so pls anyone see me not following my regime,pls remind me pls...! =P haha..thks!

Hi there! J

Here is my testimony…hope u find it interesting! I’ve learnt a couple of things after this whole experience! Here goes :

- I was down with psychotic depression a couple of months ago. That means hearing voices and getting very sad daily. Thoughts of suicide came into my mind and I actually acted on them impulsively but thank God I didn’t die if not I won’t be here sharing my testimony and I will be burning in hell alrdy!

- The voices were a man’s voice telling me to kill myself etc. This all happened
When I was offered the President post of my Bridge Ldrs Club. Satan is very jealous so this is a spiritual attack and it was my ever first time so I panicked and didn’t know what to do/react.

- I’ve been to several hospitals before for attempting suicide. (this I cannot
Disclose). Still having that phobia of hospitals now.

- Ok, after this whole incident, IMH finally came to my rescue and I was given
ECT. (which means electric current going thru my head to balance up the in-chemicals in my brain so that the suicide thoughts will be minimized/gone.

- Truly, indeed, it helped me and I was back to a normal human being. Lesson
Learnt :

Romans 8:1-2
“Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of the spirit of death.”

- The cross became so real to me after this whole incident J Really thank God for preserving my life so that I can be a good testimony to all of you today ! God bless everyone!!!

Today is JCKids day! =) Can't wait to see my frens and the kids again! Miss them loads! =)

Sorry, chANGEd to a new bloggie cuz i forgot my password but don't worry, i've saved it this time! =) Well, juz met my Professor and he says tt i can be discharged on this coming Wednesday! *Yippee*

Well,gonna defer my studies cuz I don't think I can catch up so fast with the rest of my classmates. The Prof says he can write a deferment letter for me. Gonna miss ISF soo much and bridge ldrs too..esp *Sam,my hair..aargh! *

All those good and joking times we had...well, 8 of my ISF classmates are gonna visit me later on..we're gonna have a great time together! =)
